Plaques will be awarded for attaining AAA standard for u15 – u17 Male & Female
AAA Standard Badges and Certificates’ will be available on the day @ small charge for badges
for attaining AAA Standard in their event. Standards on A.A.A. website

Competitors meeting the standards above will get a further 3 throws except u15 who will have 4 trials
Competitors will only be able to compete in one age group on the day
A Prize of £25 will be awarded to the best performance on the Day
to U20 & Senior Male & Female Based on the U.K. Challenge points system
A minimum of 5 competitors in any one age group will be required to hold the JUMPS events
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event if entries fall below this number
Events to start at 10 am with Javelin, Shot, and Pole Vault
Athletes to allow 45min to collect numbers and warm-up
Events will start at 10 am prompt. Warm up area available indoors
Entry Fee, £ 5.00 one event £8.00 for two £10.00 for three
Post entries closing Date April 14th 2010 **** Entries by e-mail up to 8pm on the 14th
NO Entries on the day due to anticipated Entries
Events as above followed by; Triple Jump, High Jump, Hammer, Long Jump, Discus
Approximate time table will be available on the day or by e-mail
Watch out for the date of our end of season competition (18th Sep Provisional)
